Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties.

The Float Pool at Sinai Hospital is a designated supplemental staffing pool designed to be used by nursing areas when unit staffing is insufficient to meet patient care needs. We currently have openings for full-time and part-time, in which all are eligible to participate in the clinical ladder as well as committees throughout the hospital.

RN's can receive up to $20,000 Sign on Bonus + competitive pay + Differentials!

JOB SUMMARY:

As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Telemetry experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in 2+ departments required
  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and ACLS

PREFERRED:

  • Current Certification - NRP for WICU, M/B L&D
  • PALS for ED, PACU, PEDS, PICU, & CDCR
